Orders are normally shipped within one to four business days. Custom orders will take longer. Orders paid by e-checks or personal checks will also take longer as the check must clear your account prior to shipping. We will email you regarding the ship date.
Occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock on certain items. You will be notified by e-mail if something you order is currently not available.
We have done our best to provide you, our valued customer, with true and accurate information. Will Rogers Clocks N' More is not responsible for typographical errors.
We ship via UPS and U.S. Post Office in the Continental U.S. Please call for delivery information outside the Continental U.S. and for Rush Deliveries. International Shipments will be approximately twice the Continental U. S. charges.
UPS will not deliver to Post Office Box addresses.
If you prefer Rush or Expedited service, you will be charged for the additional cost of shipping plus $10 for handling.
Oklahoma residents are required to pay sales tax. As tax levels are changed locally, our system will be updated to reflect such changes.
Returns are not accepted on any Grandfather Clock orders. If other items are sent back to us within 30 days of the original invoice date, and are properly packed (the Clock box is NOT an acceptable shipping package) so they arrive in the original condition, returns will be accepted. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit less any shipping charges. Returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. .
Include a photo copy of the invoice with your return. The items must be unused and in their original condition.
