To carry on the old art of clock-making at the beginning of the third millennium means coming up with new ideas for constructions that have never been thought of before. Only then can you talk about the true, living art of clock-making, only then do you know for certain that the pieces of art that are being created here are unique.A creative spirit combined with meticulous execution always distinguishes fine craftsmanship.

And it is based on these criteria that Matthias Naeschke designs his clocks. And so the name Matthias Naeschke stands for finest mechanics in remarkable clocks. Nowadays, the quality of these gold-plated movements sets the standard world-wide.

A heraldic figure is quality seal and characteristica of each Matthias Naeschke clock movement. It's a simplified graph of the seal of the Naeschke family.

No clock leaves the small manufactory in Haigerloch without this “signature”.

Matthias Naeschke is a skilled clockmaker, technical designer and church musician. For some years he was working in the best jewellery shops of Switzerland and England. After his technical studies, he developed and designed mechanical movements for several industrial companies. At that time, the handcrafted production of clocks was nearly dead.

His son Sebastian Naeschke is like his father a passionated musician, skilled clockmaker and designer.Since 1999, he joins the leadership of the 1984 founded family business. He has also been working for several companies in Switzerland and by that as a leader of a small watch workshop.
